Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a talented Digital Content Writer for a remote contract opportunity! In this collaborative role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial concepts and user-friendly content, creating a seamless and engaging journey for every audience.



Responsibilities:

• Adopt a client-centric approach to writing by focusing on tone and manner, while also leveraging personalized video as a communication channel to enhance engagement.
• Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Support the creation of external communications strategies to increase operational effectiveness and improve client experience.
• This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for all audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience writing digital content.
• Experience writing digital content for financial services (ideally retirement services).
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
