• Schedule appointments between prospective candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest and assist them through the hiring process
• Keep accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Enjoy commission based on the meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and placements stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
