Greenway Automotive is seeking a highly motivated experienced Tags and Title Clerk! The ideal candidate must have two years of experience in a similar position. Candidates must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus. Responsibilities Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller. Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. Out of state Title processing. Working schedules for tag & title work. Applying for duplicate titles. Updating notes in the system. Tracking completed work. Print customer’s registrations. Provide tag & title work support to guests, management and employees as needed. Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available. Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
