The Salesforce Administrator is the primary person responsible ensuring that our implementation of Salesforce CRM is, and continues to be, an effective tool for the whole enterprise. As the point of contact for everything Salesforce, the Administrator has an important role in keeping the tool working properly, helping set the direction, and executing, on future improvement priorities; and working with various teams to improve how we utilize our CRM information.
Manage and administer the platform• Work within current process, to maintain: users, roles, security, profile, workflow rules, customization, report and dashboard development, data management, and support for AppExchange applications.• Support cross systems and related integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem• Troubleshoot and document defects for planned releases and production issues• Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring• Manage mass imports and exports of data as needed.• Maintain current customization's, including the assignment rules.• Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users for improvements.• Work with the business to make the tool more effective.
