The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the activities of Studio Museums Talent Acquisition engine, Rippling. As the People & Culture Talent Coordinator, you will often act as the "face" of HR for new employees joining Studio Museum. In addition, the People & Culture Talent Coordinator will be a bridge between the hiring managers and People Operations/HRIS functions, helping to onboard new employees and ensure everything is in place for them as they begin their experience with the company. The ideal candidate has a passion for HR, enjoys interacting with candidates and new hires, and fast paced experience in a non-profit Museum.

$55,000 - $60,000 annually
Salary is commensurate with experience within the guidelines of a small not-for-profit. A competitive benefits package is provided, including medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance, a retirement account, and substantial vacation time.
