Mail Clerk
Blue Ash, OH
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Contract-to-Hire with Potential to Convert to Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable Mail Clerk to support daily mailroom operations for our client in Blue Ash, Ohio. This part-time role offers consistent daytime hours with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare packages for shipment using postage and shipping systems
- Maintain mailroom supplies and equipment
- Deliver mail and packages to internal departments
- Assist with scanning, filing, and light clerical tasks
- Ensure accuracy and timely handling of all mail items
Qualifications:
- Previous mailroom, warehouse, or clerical experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
