As a Graphic Design Intern at Pickleball Kingdom, you’ll get hands-on experience working inside a fast-growing sports franchise brand. You’ll contribute real work that impacts all of our franchise locations and their communities, not make coffee or run errands. This is a role for someone hungry to learn, create, and grow.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Design Intern to support our growing marketing team. Working alongside the Sr. Graphic Designer, VP of Marketing, and other members of the Clubhouse team, the intern will assist in producing creative assets, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting our franchisee network with design resources.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to build their portfolio and gain real-world brand experience in a dynamic, sports-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Creative Design Support

• Assist in designing social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and promotional materials
• Help maintain and expand our creative asset library with customizable templates for franchise use
• Contribute to TV signage, in-club displays, and print collateral
• Support creation of training manuals and internal documents

Brand & Content

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to Pickleball Kingdom brand guidelines
• Bring unique ideas and perspectives to aid in the expansion of Pickleball Kingdom brand assets, voice, and visual identity.
• Assist with organizing and managing digital asset files and folders

Events & Programming Campaigns

• Develop high-quality graphic designs for club events and programming, including a wide range of marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, social media graphics, TV Signage, emails marketing templates, and more.
• Develop template assets that can be reused and adapted across the franchise system
• Distribute finalized materials to the franchise system

Digital & Web Support

• Refresh and expand upon digital ad creative across platforms to be used across Meta and Google advertising channels
• Assist with basic front-end website updates to ensure accurate and engaging content. 

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and projects
• Communicate effectively with team members and take feedback constructively
• Stay curious — bring fresh ideas and a willingness to learn

COMPENSATION AND DETAILS

• $18 /hour
• Part-time: 16 hours/week
• Duration: 12 weeks
• In-office position at the Pickleball Kingdom Clubhouse in Gilbert, Arizona.
• College credit arrangements available.
