Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laser Hair Removal Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing laser hair removal treatments, a strong understanding of skin types and safety protocols, and a passion for delivering excellent client care. Experience with additional aesthetic treatments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively across various skin types
• Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history and skin assessments
• Educate clients on treatment plans, expectations, and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records
• Ensure treatments are performed in compliance with Wisconsin state regulations and safety standards
• Properly maintain and sanitize equipment and treatment rooms
• Recommend additional services and skincare products when appropriate
• Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Esthetician License or relevant certification (as required by state regulations)
• Certification or training in laser hair removal preferred
• 1+ years of hands-on laser hair removal experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of laser safety and skin physiology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend services and products
• Experience with other aesthetic treatments is a plus
