Overview We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all title and registration tasks, including out-of-state processing, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with DMV regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of dealership paperwork, and experience working directly with the DMV. Responsibilities Prepare, process, and submit vehicle titles and registrations for in-state and out-of-state transactions. Communicate with the DMV, financial institutions, and customers to resolve title or registration issues. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all deal paperwork before submission. Maintain title records, reports, and logs according to dealership and DMV standards. Ensure timely filing and delivery of all title-related documents. Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Title Clerk or similar role in an automotive dealership. Strong working knowledge of Oregon DMV and out-of-state title requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
