About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Two Maids - as a Team Member for House Cleaning Services! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch cleaning services to our valued clients in Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning needs.
Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working in clients' homes.
Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled time frames.
Assist in training new team members on cleaning techniques and company standards.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
All team members start and end the work day at our local Gilbert office.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
Flexible availability, including weekends, is a plus.
Must be available 7am -5pm Monday - Friday.
