The Opportunity:

Are you ready to leverage your extensive experience in defense missions to contribute to the safety of our nation? As a Senior Surface Warfare Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving complex challenges faced by our clients. Your deep industry knowledge and advisory skills will help navigate critical issues in defense.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in leadership, shipboard systems integration, operational and tactical maritime warfare, command and control, and shipboard material readiness. Collaborate with top analytical minds in developing innovative digital solutions to enhance surface ship readiness. Assist Navy leaders in preparing surface forces for successful deployment and operational missions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in Surface Warfare, including experience as a Surface Commanding Officer, afloat or ashore.
• 2+ years on a major Echelon III or above staff, or Joint or Combatant Command military staff.
• In-depth knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policies and systems.
• Proficient in creating and delivering briefings, presentations, and documents at tactical to strategic levels, especially for General or Flag Officers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Navy requirements development and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes.
• Background in Surface Navy maintenance planning and management.
• Experience as a Warfare Commander or staff member, deployed with a Carrier Strike Group or Amphibious Ready Group.
• Expertise in Navy C5I systems or networks integration.
• Knowledge of Navy logistics, training, and personnel readiness systems and policies.
• Experience developing Surface Navy Doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
• Familiarity with Navy tactical training systems, including live, virtual, and constructive training methods.
• Ability to present training in Surface Navy TTP.
• Clearance: TS/SCI preferred.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Clearance:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation:

Salary is based on various factors, including location and experience, with a projected range for this position from $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 annually.
