Required experience & education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360(Shopping and YouTube). Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager). Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy.
