Job Description:

As a Client Analyst you will partner with World Wide and Regional business Channel teams to support and drive solution needs within Client CRM. Specifically on the Partner Gateway (Experience Cloud)
Leverage deep expertise in the Client Platform to align technical solutions that support complex and evolving global business needs
Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to support regional functional testing within each release
Own and execute end-to-end and regression testing for all Client enhancements during User Acceptance Testing; collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to triage reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Support key business processes promoting application, platform governance, data quality, and compliance across tools and teams
Design and implement Client Reports and Dashboard that support the business processes and deliver business insight
