Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team. This is an outside sales role that combines door-to-door lead generation, relationship building, and full project management. You’ll guide homeowners through the entire roofing process — from the initial inspection, through the insurance claim process, to project completion and final walkthrough.

Responsibilities:
Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments
Perform roof inspections and document damage for insurance claims
Educate homeowners on their roofing options and the insurance claim process
Meet with insurance adjusters and represent the homeowner’s best interests
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and timelines
Oversee each project from approval to final completion
Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and the homeowner for smooth execution
Ensure quality control, handle any concerns, and complete final walkthroughs
Maintain ongoing client relationships to generate referrals
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or insurance a plus)
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic knowledge of construction or roofing helpful, but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing
Compensation & Benefits:

Work Environment:
This is a field-based position — you will be meeting homeowners in person, performing inspections, and managing projects on-site. This is not a remote position.
