OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the home improvement industry. This is a commission-based role where top performers enjoy unlimited earning potential. You'll be calling on residential customers in their homes, consulting with them on their outdoor living needs, and turning their deck dreams into reality. We set you up for success. All leads are provided, along with a company vehicle and all the tools you need to do the job. You focus on what you do best—selling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work company-provided leads and conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
• Assess homeowners' outdoor living needs, take measurements, and present customized deck solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations, overcome objections, and close sales
• Build lasting relationships with customers, generating referrals and repeat business
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive offerings in the decking and outdoor living space

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven deck sales experience – you understand the product, the process, and what it takes to close in-home
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer schedules
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and CRM systems

You're comfortable working on commission because you bet on yourself and consistently deliver results.
