• Type of Cases: Dialysis, transplant, pediatric nephrology consults
• Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Nephrologist
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: Active MN License Required
