Job Description

HyerTek is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform , specifically Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Field Service . This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable solutions that enhance service delivery, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Applications, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 .
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service modules (cases, SLAs, work orders, scheduling, etc.).
• Build model-driven apps, custom tables, forms, views, and business rules.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, JavaScript, and .NET .
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware .
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployments, and environment management across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; optimize performance and usability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices, security, and governance standards .
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development .
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service .
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate .
• Experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, workflows, plugins).
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and .NET .
• Experience with integrations (APIs, custom connectors, Azure services) .
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

This position supports federal clients and requires:

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance up to the Top Secret (TS) level
