Job Title: Machine Loader / Unloader

Location: Hudsonville, MI

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: [1st and 3rd shift available - 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week

Pay: $15-16/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Loader / Unloader to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading raw materials into machinery and unloading finished products while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials or parts into production machines
• Unload finished products and inspect for quality defects
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance
• Stack, sort, and package finished goods according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist machine operators and supervisors as needed
• Meet daily production and efficiency targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in a production environment with noise and moving machinery
