Russell Tobin is looking to hire a recruiter to focus on the growth of our Legal Recruiting Practice. Candidates should sit in Charlotte, NC and ideally exposure to either agency recruiting or Law Firm Recruiting. This role would be instrumental in the build out of this practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be an instrumental hire in the growth of our Attorney Recruiting Practice. Help lay the groundwork for a scalable Practice and future hires across the US.
  • Identify, engage and represent Attorney level candidates to Law Firms across the US.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders including Attorney Recruiting Directors, Managers and Coordinators. Build transparent and trusting relationship with stakeholders to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
  • Manage recruiting lifecycle including prescreen, interview scheduling, offer and transition management, conflicts, and post hire follow up.
  • In additional to supporting immediate and existing client hiring needs, continually be building pipelines of viable talent in specific practices.
  • Manage new and existing client partnerships.
  • Sit on site M-F to collaborate with team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Recruiting experience the Legal Sector - OR - Legal experience looking to apply it to the recruiting industry.
  • Strong moral compass.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices
  • Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues

Salary range:

The target salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
