ABOUT THE ROLE
Beacon Partners is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The position will be based in our Charlotte, NC office. This is our first dedicated HR hire, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape the HR function from the ground up. The HR Manager will own day-to-day HR operations while partnering with leadership to implement scalable, best-in-class systems that support growth, strengthen culture, maximize our community impact, and ensure compliance.
Beacon currently employs approximately 50 team members and expects to grow to approximately 60 over the next 24 months.
The Human Resources Manager will report to the COO and will have support from the Office Administrator for coordination, documentation, and HR-related processes and the Director, Finance for payroll related items.
