Title: Certified Flight Instructor, part time
Qualifications:
FAA Certified Flight Instructor Rating (AS degree in flight preferred, but not required)
FAA part 141 flight school experience preferred
Requirements:
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation software
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities at once
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities/ duties:
Teach students to fly
Prepare and maintain FAA documents
Assist in managing the work study students
Participate in on-campus and off-campus events
Provide operational support to the Chief Flight Instructor, Assistant Chief Flight Instructor, and Director of Aviation
Welcome visitors to the flight program and facilitate next steps
Other related duties as assigned
