Position Summary Keystone Management, LLC is looking for an individual who can demonstrate maturity, a solid work ethic, and dependability to pressure wash and clean with purpose and urgency at the Atlanta-area Marta station locations.
This individual will be using high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to operating a lift to pressure wash and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris, and removing trash from the premises.
Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday- Friday
Pay: 17.00
Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)
Key Responsibilities - Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed.
- Follow instructions and take direction from others on the team.
- Use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling.
- Work in conditions that include loud noise, fumes, and working on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Lift 60 pounds without assistance.
- Atlanta-area site travel is involved.
- Pass a driving record and history check; valid driver's license is required.
- Pass a drug test.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- General labor experience preferred.
- Experience using high-pressure tools preferred.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented.

Working Conditions - Full-time (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Exposure to varied environments, including weather and mechanical hazards.
- Must pass Keystone Management background checks, driving history, and drug screening.
Additional Requirements - Background Check: Keystone Management, LLC and Federal Aviation Administration background checks are mandatory.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and driving history check required.
