We're a national direct-hire search firm supporting clients across Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Logistics, and Healthcare. We partner with companies that value lasting placements and professionals who make real impact, not just seat-fillers.
This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who's confident in their craft, thrives in client-facing work, and enjoys owning the full recruitment cycle from business development through placement.

Source, qualify, and present top-tier candidates
Partner directly with hiring leaders to align on needs and timelines
Negotiate offers and close placements with professionalism and integrity
5+ years of experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment (not corporate/internal recruiting)
Proven track record of successful direct-hire placements
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the discipline to operate independently
U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
