The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President, CEO Successor to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of credit union operations and a strong commitment to the values of integrity, service, and excellence. This role demands a passionate individual who can not only uphold the company's tradition of member service but also drive the mission of community service and enhance digital offerings. The EVP, CEO Successor will be a key figure in the company, responsible for leading with a focus on project management, community engagement, and fostering a small-town lifestyle. Experience in financial institution management, particularly in a regulatory environment, is essential, as is a proven track record of effective communication, team management, and a genuine dedication to the communities served. Candidates for the EVP, CEO Successor position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive financial institution management experience and a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience and industry certifications. The role requires a tech-savvy professional who can contribute to the advancement of digital services and is willing to be an active and visible leader in the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in credit union leadership, be adept at working with regulators, and have a strong network within the industry. Excellent communication skills, management experience, and the ability to motivate and develop staff are crucial.
