What You’ll Do As a Dietetic Technician (NDTR), you will support patient nutrition care and work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key responsibilities include: • Provide nutrition education and support to patients • Conduct nutrition screenings and assist with assessments • Collaborate with Registered Dietitians, physicians, nurses, and therapy teams • Assist with nutrition documentation and clinical indicators • Participate in nutrition audits and quality improvement initiatives • Support nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE) and patient care programs This role offers valuable clinical experience that prepares you for the RD pathway.
