Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our company database by accurately inputting, updating, and managing sensitive information. Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company systems and software with high speed and precision.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inquiries from customers or clients via email and telephone calls, providing clear and helpful communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain well-organized digital and physical files and records for easy retrieval and auditing.
  • Workflow Optimization: Manage your time effectively to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Continuous Learning: Quickly master new internal systems and adapt to evolving data entry procedures and software tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative support role.
  • Technical Proficiency: * Proficient and fast typing skills (high WPM preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
