About the job Cyber & Physical Security Systems Manager


We are seeking an experienced Cyber Physical Security Manager to design, manage, and advance cyber-physical security systems across corporate and project sites. This role focuses on scalable, maintainable security solutions that integrate physical security with IT, OT, and smart building technologies.

You will serve as a key advisor to internal teams and clients, contributing across the full project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with recognized security frameworks and federal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage cyber-physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and ICS/OT/IoT technologies
• Translate frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-82 into technical security requirements and procedures
• Conduct cyber-physical security risk assessments aligned with enterprise information security practices
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Partner with SOC, Crisis, and Emergency Response teams to enhance monitoring and response capabilities
• Lead integration of physical security systems with IT and OT environments, including smart building technologies
• Manage physical security systems across corporate locations and lead cross-functional security initiatives
• Develop and maintain cyber-physical security programs, playbooks, standards, and documentation
• Oversee vendors, including scope development, evaluation, and performance management

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in cyber-physical security, physical security systems, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory standards
• Experience integrating physical security with IT/OT environments
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advise senior stakeholders
• Bachelors degree required
