Wheel Fun Rentals NOLA in City Park are looking for part-time evenings and weekend (15-30 hours per week) Customer Service representatives to join our team.

THESE ARE OUTSIDE POSTIONS. YOU WILL BE WORKING IN ALL TYPES OF WEATHER ENVIROMENTS INCLUDING RAIN AND HOT TEMPS.

PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE FOR WEEKDAY EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS

The pay is $13 per hour plus tips. Average pay is about $15-$18 per hour with the tips.

We are located on Big Lake Trail. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Spanish speaking encouraged to apply.

Cash register and closing experience preferred, but will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have about our rentals
• Assist Customers in explaining how our rentals work, including instructions on how to operate the rentals
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Bilingual speaking encouraged to apply
