Tarbell's Group is now operating Gertrude's at the Desert Botanical Garden!!

Tarbell's Group is hiring for all locations: Tarbell's Restaurant and The Tavern are located at 32nd Street and Camelback in Phoenix, AZ, offering a unique dining experience at the best Food & Wine corner in the Valley. Our establishments aim to provide exceptional hospitality and culinary delights to our guests in a vibrant and dynamic setting.

We're also hiring for our new location at Gertrude's at the Desert Botanical Garden. This is a unique opportunity to work in a abundantly beautiful landscape, where we'll offer our standard of exceptional service and creative food.

Role Description

Tarbell’s door is always open to culinary professionals who understand how to deliver precise, polished, intimate service at high volume. We are a very busy restaurant group with a singular style of caring for our guests that requires a dedicated focus to every aspect of operations. Our team constantly motivates and educates one another to continually hone and enhance their skills and to crave continuing education. Our style of service involves a fair amount of unpredictability; a flexible, quick-thinking, and positive attitude is critical. We prefer candidates with restaurant experience but also put high value on enthusiasm, loyalty, and work ethic. Qualifications
We prefer candidates with the following qualifications. However, these are not always required. We highly value, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

• Experience in fine dining cooking
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
