Strengthen trust in Dimension deployments by building AML/KYC controls that keep cross-chain onboarding, treasury movement, and partner operations policy-aligned.
This role directly affects how quickly enterprise clients can move from onboarding to production while maintaining regulatory confidence.

**Requirements:**
* 4+ years in AML/KYC, financial crime operations, or crypto compliance in regulated environments
* Working knowledge of BSA/AML principles, OFAC sanctions expectations, and FATF-aligned control practices
* Hands-on experience with blockchain screening, wallet attribution, and suspicious activity case handling
* Proven ability to design practical risk-based onboarding controls for institutional or enterprise clients
* Strong policy writing and documentation discipline with audit-ready evidence management
* Excellent communication for translating compliance requirements to engineering and product stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
* Own and continuously improve risk-based onboarding procedures for enterprise clients and partner entities
* Define and tune transaction monitoring scenarios aligned with cross-chain behavior and risk appetite
* Lead enhanced due diligence and escalation reviews for higher-risk profiles and unusual flow patterns
* Maintain clear and defensible decision logs that support governance and audit traceability
* Deliver compliance performance reporting with actionable recommendations for operations leadership
* Contribute to internal training so technical teams understand policy impacts on architecture decisions
