Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Insurance Requirements: Possess errors and omissions insurance of at least $2 million. Maintain insurance coverage extending to employees or third parties, with minimum $500,000 bodily injury and $1,000,000 property damage coverage.
