Business Development Representative (BDR) About the Role We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the crucial first step in our sales funnel, responsible for generating new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and qualification of potential customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospects while effectively representing our company's value proposition. Core Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using various outreach methods including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and determine if there’s a mutual fit for our solutions Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives to advance the sales process Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, meticulously track all activities in our CRM system, and nurture leads that aren’t yet sales‑ready Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share market insights, and continuously refine targeting approaches Key Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely Strong interpersonal skills including rapport building, empathy, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally Exceptional organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo) Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience What Makes You a Great Fit Professional experience in the cryptocurrency ecosystem You're a natural problem‑solver who enjoys engaging with prospects to understand their unique challenges You think strategically about developing targeted prospect lists and aren’t afraid to experiment with new approaches You excel at building foundational trust with potential clients and can represent our company’s values effectively You’re persistent, resilient, and view each interaction as an opportunity to learn and improve You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are committed to driving pipeline growth and company expansion This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop fundamental sales skills, understand business operations across various industries, and build a foundation for a successful career in sales or business development.
