Assistant Store Manager – Full Time, Exempt, Salaried. Location: 3260 Livermore Outlet Dr, Space #645, Livermore, CA 94551, United States. What You’ll Do Support store operations and client experience, collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability. Inspire and empower teams, leading with passion to coach, motivate, and help the team achieve and exceed performance goals. Champion continuous learning by providing real‑time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support. Drive performance through feedback, conducting performance appraisals and offering mentorship. Ensure operational excellence, maintaining a visually inspiring store environment and complying with all policies and brand guidelines. Physical requirements: lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock, stand/walk throughout the shift, and work in a fragrance‑filled environment. What You’ll Get The annual base salary range for this position is $72,100.00 – $83,932.50. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience. Employees may be eligible to earn bonuses.
